Reservations should be made far in advance, please make your flight at the beginning of your stay in case of bad weather. Allow time for at least one rescheduling. Next day flights can be booked based on availability.
A 50% deposit is required on all flights and packages.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 72 hour cancellation policy. Any passenger cancellation less than 72 hours before the scheduled flight will be charged in full. There is no charge for any passenger cancellation more than 72 hours before the scheduled flight.
If we are unable to complete your flight due to continued bad weather after one rescheduling you are not charged anything. The deposit shall be forfeited if the customer cancels the flight, or does not agree to reschedule.
By confirming your reservation, you are agreeing to these policies and charges. This policy is applicable to Balloon Flights, and all Package rates.
You may pay either with a PayPal account or a Credit Card. Follow instructions located on the PayPal screen on how to pay with a credit card. If you have any problems give us a call.
